Yes, every electronic device sold on ALLNET comes with a standard 1-year manufacturer warranty. Some premium items may offer extended coverage options at checkout.
What is your return policy for opened items?
We offer a 30-day return window. If the item has been opened, it must be returned in its original packaging with all accessories included. A 15% restocking fee may apply to certain high-value electronics.
How can I track my order status?
Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number and a link to our carrier's website. You can also view your order status in the 'My Account' section.
Are the products sold on ALLNET brand new?
Absolutely. We only sell factory-sealed, brand-new electronics sourced directly from authorized distributors. We do not sell refurbished or used goods unless explicitly stated in a dedicated section.
