At ALLNET, we want you to be completely satisfied with your electronics purchase. Items can be returned or exchanged within 30 days of delivery, provided they are in their original packaging and condition.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your ALLNET account, navigate to your order history, and select the 'Return Item' button to generate your unique RMA number.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack the device in its original box with all included accessories, manuals, and cables to ensure a full refund.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it clearly to the outside of your package, covering any previous shipping marks.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand over your package to any authorized carrier location and keep your tracking receipt; your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days of receipt.
